This is a, no thrills mid range Hilton, witch understandably as it is not near any major cities but has a great proximity to the NC Zoo. The pool was a nice addition and a plus, since I have young kids. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. My biggest issue was with how hard/loud the rooms doors close. This is in reference to staying in 6 to 10 hotels a month.
Felt compelled to write a review since there were so many 1 stars. My husband and I stayed for one night over the weekend and the hotel was perfectly fine. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, lobby clean and the staff welcoming. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Nothing fancy and yes, maybe a little dated, but overall a solid stay.

Basic room, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave, close to the zoo. I loved the body wash, shampoo and conditioner they provided. My skin was so soft, I didn't need lotion... There was only one elevator working, other one was out of order. We had to change rooms, the front desk was very nice about it and accommodating. No frils place, but it was fine.
Indoor pool, hot tub which was nice, small fitness area. Room was decent. I had a hard time working the thermostat trying to make sure it was on heat. Overall nice place. They provide coffee 24/7.
Always stay here when visiting family in Asheboro. Located perfectly around restaurants and grocery stores. The employees are pleasant; very welcoming but the hotel does need a up date for interior.

Pool and spa were clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ac didn't go down very low and then turned off in the middle of the night not sure what that was about so it got hot in room. Breakfast was the best I've ever had of all motels and hotels!! And u can watch sunrise while eating breakfast.
